Running in circles without ceasing

Knew it was time to go when I began questioning what/who I believe in

Lungs filled as though they’re about to explode

Body weighing down from carrying such a Heavy Load

Soul filled with aches and pains

Knowing deep within, you are all you have to blame

Voices in your head say, “You ought to be shamed”

A still voice then whispers, “There’s WEALTH in your name”

Suddenly deep within my being

My EYE opened to an entire New Life, meaning

I could stop running in circles

Holding my breath like a plus size woman in a small Girdle

Finally able to Exhale

No Longer feeling as though, within, I’m trapped in Hell

Instantly my spirit takes control and says, “Just be”

It was finally time to see what I’ve carried within me

Entire time not innerstanding that I was protecting my core

I thought it would be easier to handle, simply running through different doors

I thought for quite some time that I was set up for failure, by my damn self

Instead it all taught me to put my pride to the side and learn Humbleness while waiting patiently on the Creators help

From the Divine within

The one that calls ALL things according to His Will

The one who carried me on The Mountain Top

The one that sustains me, gave me all I got

The one that provides during the days when we know not where it would come from

The one that comfort me when I’m feeling Numb

That was the still voice that whispered to me, “Just Be”

Like that of a Phoenix I’ve resurrected, FREE
